Building and Urban (Data) Scientist
RESEARCH PROFILE
•
The goal of my research is to make buildings and cities more sustainable with a scientific understanding.
•
To achieve this goal, I currently attempt to combine data-driven approaches including Machine Learning with the state-of-the-art of building performance analysis I have specialized in.
•
My research interests include building performance analysis (including uncertainty and sensitivity analysis), urban building energy modeling, occupant behavior, optimal design, and optimal operation of building systems.
